6 Reasons Why I am the Coach for You!
The pandemic has changed so much for all of us, and I am seeing clients shift their perspective of what they want life to look like.
I am speaking to amazing woman who have shared very different versions of life through lockdown: the immense stress and fear of frontline workers and the overwhelming uncertainty of furlough. Although very different lived experiences, the one thing I am seeing, is these women know that there is more to life.

That’s where life coaching comes in.
So, what really happens in our coaching sessions, how can I best serve you and help you lead a better and more fulfilling life?
1. Navigate the Path With You
Sometimes the path ahead seems scattered with obstacles; a fallen tree or a pit in the ground which means you can’t get past. But when we create a compassionate but challenging space for you, and we delve into what’s going on, we find we are able to take a few steps forward. Maybe we need to start small or shake it up, but together we will work out a way to climb over the tree or walk around the pit and onto our destination ahead.
2. Know Your Purpose + Values
What are you here to do? What’s your mission? What’s your message? What makes you buzz? What drives you? What’s important to you? What excites you? What do you stand by? These are all questions which you will be able to answer with confidence. When you know your purpose and vales, you understand yourself better but also know why certain things grind your gears and not other peoples. You’ll know how you can approach situations differently to achieve the outcome you need. You’ll be living a life you’ve carved for yourself.
3. See Your Potential
You are incredibly capable. Maybe you’re in touch with this but need the final few questions answered to fully understand it. Or, maybe you need guidance in seeing the power you hold. Through exploration of your strengths, your knowledge and what makes you unique, we will uncover your potential, allowing you to reach your goals and achieve amazing things.
4. Improve the Relationship You Have with Yourself + Others
When we explore our worlds compared to how others might see the world, we can understand how some things aren’t as we first thought. When we understand what’s going on for ourselves, but also take time to consider what’s going on for others, we gain perspective. We can do this by exploring our beliefs, how we communicate with ourselves and others and also by shifting our mindset.
For some people, they need only be accountable to themselves, but others need the accountability of another. So, sitting with me and confirming their commitment to themselves will drive them forward, for others, sitting with me and confirming their commitment to me will motivate them to complete the achievable and realistic goals they’ve set. It doesn’t matter which person you are, either way we will see you coming back week after week more and more positive and focused as you watch yourself achieve what you didn’t think was possible in our first session.
6. Focus, Motivation + Positivity
Not all coaching sessions are all three of these things, sometimes things our heavy and overwhelming and emotional, but that’s ok! Through your coaching journey with me, I believe that you will find more space in your life for focus, motivation and positive energy.
